FollowHyperlink and Minimize

MS Access 2000

I can open an MS Word file from a button on an MS Access
form with this command:

Application.FollowHyperlink "c:\mydoc.doc"

When I close the MS Word file, MS Access has minimized.

How can I keep my MS Access form from minimizing?
