I am a fairly experienced user of Powerpoint, but I am thrown by some slide
shows used for lecturing. Two issues:
1 - when the slides look fine on any view or slideshow setting on my PC,
after they are saved, in some of the slides the font size changes - so when I
am giving the lecture, I need to adjust the font prior to the lecture. This
actually happens not only on transfering the file via thumb drive to the PC
in the lecture hall, but also occasionally on my own PC. Am I not saving
correctly?
2 - I have also had saved pictures that looked fine on my PC screen turn out
to be blank (as placeholders) on the transferred file, but they were not
inserted into the program as a link - simply cut and pasted, so I do not know
why they are not showing up?
