Font color on a subform

I have 5 versions of office in my workgroup. I am using 2007 and the "is
hyperlink" changes the field color to blue and underlines it. However, on
2002 it does not change the color or underline it. Am I missing something or
will 2002 just not display a field in a subform as a hyperlink?
