font issues in my signatures in Outlook

I'm not sure how this will appear (see bottom) since it may be affected by
its being a text only newsgroup, but I am attaching a 6-line signature that
I use. As you can hopefully see, the first two entries seem to be double
spaced, whereas the next four seem to be single spaced. Yet when I attempt
to edit it, it says everything is already single spaced. And, if I ever hit
enter, while editing, it always inserts the next line double spaced. I'd
like the distance between Thanks and Dean to be as close as the other four
lines but don't recall how I did the other four. I seem to be able to
reduce this if I use Word as an editor but then, after saving the revised
signature, it gives me a non-fatal error message and seems to insert an
object in the signature. Anyway, I'd rather not use another editor and
doubt that I resorted to such in creating what I did below.

Perhaps, this all has something to do to an upgrade to my outlook, an
upgrade that, seemingly, somehow has fewer editing capabilities! I forget
exactly what it was but that upgrade was done to give me virtually unlimited
memory, as compared to a prior one that was close to crashing due to being
too big. I doubt that would affect editing.

Can someone tell me what to do to get the lesser spacing between lines. it
also seems that the font size of 11 is not something I can select within the
outlook editor., whereas I'd like to have 11, as 10 seems too small and 12
too large.

Here is the Outlook signature (characters edited to anti-spam it) in
question:

Thanks!
