Font Issues with New Computer

I got a new laptop last week. Putting some new forms and features in
a pre-existing Access 2000 database and am having some very strange
issues.

My old laptop was XP Pro and I got XP Pro on the new laptop as well.
I am running Access 2000 SP3 like I was before. I also have Office
2003 on this same computer like I did before as well.

#1 - MS Sans Serif is no longer available to me to select in the font
drop down box in design view for forms or reports.

#2 - I had been using MS Sans Serif quite a bit but since it isn't
available I changed to Tahoma, then Arial. The forms look fine on my
screen but when I copy the program out to another user, the labels
aren't wide enough on their screen and it chops off some of the lable
text. Instead of Default Customer #: it says efault Customer #: for
instance.

I have never experienced this type of issue before. Any ideas on what
is going on with my fonts and label sizing? To size the label, I just
selected it and then double clicked one of the selection boxes that
appears on the lable when you select it. I thought that just resized
it to the true type font so it would fit but it doesn't seem to.

My resolution on my new computer is a lot more than on my old one. On
my new computer I have 1400x1050. I tried lower resolutions but it is
very blurry on my screen. I don't believe the client computers are
that high of resolution. Could that be part of the issue?

The ruler font in form design and report design is also not very
readable now.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
