We are using Outlook 2003.
I have a user who emailed me the following: I was replying to an email
where the font was the correct size and was colored blue like I wanted it. I
answered a phone call and when I went back to the email and typed the font
got really small and changed to black. He said this has happened before and
he wanted to know why.
Do we have any idea why this setting would magically change on him? Is
there a keyboard shortcut that he could be hitting?
