Font size keeps changing

My fonts all change to approx a 12 when I try go to preview the website I
created. None of the larger fonts I've used as titles or headlines are
sticking. What am I doing wrong?

Doing wrong? You are using a desktop publishing program instead of a Website
authoring program like FrontPage or Dreamweaver...
