Have just loaded XP after having ME reloaded Office 2000 and at least half if not more of the fonts have disappeared. How to I get them back?

Make sure you've selected a default printer other than Generic.

I am having the same problem! I upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003 and I don't have nearly as many fonts as I used to have. For example, I no longer have Tempus Sans ITC, which I used to use all the time

Jay, my default printer is not Generic; it's my Brother MFC-9600. So that does not explain the problem. Do you have any other suggestions

Emma, have you learned anything else about this "feature" since you posted your message
