Forcing a password with Outlook on a network

I'm trying to setup a computer that logs into a LAN using
Outlook 2000. More than one user uses the computer and
each has their own profile to log into the network.

How do I force the asking of a password when Outlook is
started so that I may prevent others from seeing my mail
account when I am logged into the network?

If each person has his or her own Windows or network login, there's no need
for Outlook to have a password, since Outlook stores its files in
user-specific folders that only the person logging in can access.
