Forecast start and Forecast finish dates

Is there a way in Microsoft Project to define forecast sart and forecast
finish dates. I noticed the green forecast start and forecast finish bar in
the Gantt Chart, but no way of defining the dates.

Hi,

From what you write I conclude you are a PWA user (Project Server)?
The calculation engine, that sets the dates, is available through Project
Professional.
