Forgot to specify location of web in the beginning

If I forgot to specify the location of my new web site by
using empty web and specify the location of the new web
applications - and created a website page by page, so
that all the hyperlinks are included, and then moved
these to folders under C:\Documents and Settings\user\My
Documents\My Webs how do I correct my mistake without
losing all the work I've done?
I know I have to get My Web into a specified sub-web
location eg. C:\Documents and Settings\user\My
Documents\My Webs\my-web-site-name but I don't know how
to do it.
Do I have to start again?
