Form field transmission

Good morning,

I am using FrontPage 2003.

I have created a large form with many fields. The results are
transmitted by email.

I would like to transmit the form field name and values for only those
fields that have values.

Can I do this? If so how?

Sorry Mary, I don't know of one that will do that specifically. We offer a product called SENDIT! that allows you to create
templates so that you may format the email being sent.

If you need this functionality and you're on a windows server then I would suggest either ASP or ASP.Net to implement it.

I've been looking for a couple of days and couldn't find a way either.
I finally decided to transfer the forms to a subdomain on a server
running Unix and using Perl > sendmail > formmail
