what code do write when I want a form should auto stretch to the whole screen
and by all different computers the size should change to the screen size?

You need a form resizing program that takes into account the screen
resolution of the target PC. Here's one that I've used successfully in the
past. Be sure to

A) Make a backup of your database before doing anything to it

B) Take the time to read ALL documentation before using the Resizer.
