Form Letter

We have created a Form Letter with "Fill-In" boxes.

How do we automatically place this same data on the second page to create a
duplicate, but slightly different, copy.

One method is to bookmark the form fields, where the data is first captured,
then use {ref bookmarkname} fields in the places where you want to replicate
the already-captured data.
