Form results don't get saved to text/htm file

I have windows 2000 server and frontpage 2002
installed with IIS and frontpage server extensions
I created a feedback form by using form wizard
page, and gave the option to save the form results to a
file in the _private folder of the web (formrslt.htm). I
set read / write / script source access permissions for
the file
The form is displayed properly, takes info from
user but doesn't save anything to file.The file contains
only one statement 'Form results inserted here'
Same thing happens if I try to save the form
results to a text file in _private folder.
If the form is created by using Insert -> Form
menu option then the results get saved to text file and
database also. Please guide me in this regard
