There are several "form" views and several more forms associated with
toolbar buttons. The "form" views are fixed and cannot be edited
although multiple formats are available under Format/Details. However,
you might want to consider using the Network diagram in a split view
with the Gantt Chart. The Network diagram will show the logic diagram of
all tasks selected in the Gantt. So for example if you filter for those
tasks you want to trace in the Gantt, the Network will show the logic.
Further the boxes in the Network diagram can be customized.
You could also use the Relationship diagram in conjunction with the
Gantt Chart. Unfortunately, network boxes in the Relationship are not
customizable.
As another option, you might want to take a look at fellow MVP, Jack
Dahlgren's tracing macro. Jack's site is at:
