Format Gallery Color

Using Word 2002, when I use page format for #10 envelope, it insists on
printing in the color selected in the format gallery. There are only about a
dozen odd colors. I want to print in Black and can't figure out how to get
rid of the "format gallery color selection". Have tried "help" to no avail.
