Format Gantt Chart for printing

T

Todd K

How can I print a Gantt chart without showing "empty" months before and
after the project. For example, I have a project that is 1 month long but
when I print a Gantt chart, I get the 3 previous and 3 post months which
cause the Gantt chart to be squeezed together with empty space on either
side.

I've tried different "zooms" and "time scales" (including Zoom - Entire
Project) but I can never get rid of these empty months. I'm trying to
maximize the gantt chart to use all of the available space on the paper. Am
I missing something simple??

Thanks!!

Todd,

On the Print dialog box (File>Print), there is a box for Timescale.
Select the dates you want to see in this box, then click OK.
