Format Notes in Presenter View

P

Pam Davis

I am working on a presentation and have set it up to use the Presenter View.
In the standard "edit" view, the text in my Notes section is formatted -
bullets, indents, and numbers. However, in the Presenter View, all
formatting is lost. And, since Presenter is a view, no editing can be done
so I can't add in the formatting.

Does anyone know of a way to keep the formatting from the edit view in the
Presenter view? Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Thank you,
Pam

Hi Pam,

No, presenter view does not respect formatting. Sorry to be the bearer of
this bad news.

Presenter view does not support formatted notes. You might want to look at
the following link:
How do I see formatted notes on my laptop while the audience sees the slide
show?
http://officeone.mvps.org/powershow/tips_view_notes_slideshow.html for a
solution that uses PowerShow add-in that allows you to use regular
PowerPoint's design views for showing you formatted notes while the showing
the slide show through secondary monitor.
