Format text box

In my publisher program I cannot locate the dialog box to allow me to use the
Continued on/from notice. I have tried Format but a Text box note is not in
the list,
What am I doing wrong?

Your text boxes need to be linked. Do that first. Then, right click while in
the text block. Click Format Text Box. Click the Text Box tab. Your
continue options are near the bottom.
