formatting Gantt chart for printing

how can you set up the printing of a gantt chart so that the key is only
displayed on the first page/ printed off seperately/ removed entirely?
and how can you print with only the task names displayed without having to
deleted all other fields?

Hi Benjiluck ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Printing the Legend is governed by the settings in File/Print Preview/Page
Setup.../Legend tab. As you can see you can choose the legend to be printed
on every page, a separate page or not at all. If this doesn't meet your
requirement, you could elect to print page 1 only with the legend and then
print the rest without the legend.
