Hello Everyone....hope someone may be able to help.
Currently, when I cut and past information into the notes
section of a task, it carries the formatting from the
original document into the outlook task.
When this happens, I can fix line spacing with keyboard
shortcuts (CTRL+1 Single-space lines CTRL+2 Double-space
lines CTRL+5 Set 1.5-line spacing CTRL+0 (zero))
However, I cannot find anyway to eliminate spacing
("before spacing" or "after spacing") for each line. When
this happens, I have to copy the text into Word, go into
FORMAT and PARAGRAPH, and manually adjust SPACING
BEFORE / AFTER to Zero. And then copy back to the notes
section of the task.
I have searched for a way to reset this spacing to zero
using keyboard shorts, and could not locate any. Does
anyone know how to do this with a keyboard shortcut?
Or...is there a way that I can remove all formatting, and
start from scratch (by the way, CONTROL, SHIFT, Z does
not change LINE SPACING BEFORE/AFTER either.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank-
you
