OK, I think there is no way for this but I will ask anyways. When a person
sends an email it contains all of their formatting and/or their stationary.
Is there a way to override this so that when the message is replied to, your
own settings take over? Can this be done in Outlook and/or with Exchange
Server?
I saw one post that said they don't think so but I would like to know one
way or the other before we waste a support call to Microsoft.
