Forms Cache Corruption

I've created a custom form that works well except that every once in a while (read every day), I will get the error message that the form is not available. Once I go and "clear" the form cache everything works until the next day.

I'm using Outlook 2003. Any ideas

You're already taking the right steps. Hopefully, we'll see a fix in SP1.
