Not quite sure which thread this should be on, but I'll try here:

I have a straightforward form in Word with some drop-down selections and text
input. After completing the information I save the .doc file, and do a Send
To, which looks beautiful in Outlook, except that ALL drop-down selections
are missing. The saved .doc file looks perfect.

Am I missing something - or is this not supported?

As far as I know...that won't work. You can only attach the form at a
doc file attachment.

Thanks Dian, would there be a better way to send a Word form more
automatically with VBA code? Or just a macro to capture keystrokes? I am
trying to keep this as simple for the users as possible...

Plus it is odd that most of the form arrives beautifully, just not the
drop-down portion...strange.
