We are using Microsoft Outlook 2002 with Exchange Server
2000. Our problem is that we have a custom form that
cannot be opened by anyone except the person who created
it. When others try to use the form, they get the
following error:

The form you selected cannot be displayed. An error
occurred while intalling the form.

I am assuming this is a permissions issue but I don't
have a clue where to start on this. Any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks. I tried what you suggested and now the error is:

The form you selected could not be displayed. An error
occurred registering the form in the OLE registry.

Hmmm, interesting. I'd try repairing Outlook at this point.
