Hello KatBE,
To the best of my knowledge, none of the existing forms in Project are
available for edit. You can certain define your own forms and would
need to use code of some sort (VBA) to populate them. If you are
interested in pursuing that route, I suggest searching the project
developer newsgroup for some guidance and then posting any questions
to that specific group. If/when you post again, please let us know
what version of MS Project you are using, including service pack.
