I have a master schedule with mulitple projects with a resource pool. Can

by project???

Hi,

This is not a project, but a grouping you need.
Group the Task Usage view by resource, then by project (each time assignment
field, and group by assignments not tasks)

I don't think we are on the same page, my resources are by division and we
have several divisions. I am trying to show the hours that a resource
(division) is associated with each project. I filtered for a specific
resource and shows all projects but still show the summary of all resources.
---- My goal is to show a snapshot to sr. management for the LOE allocated
for each resource on a project. Have patience since it is hart to explain....

Hi,

(From an other computer but it's still me)

IT IS GROUPING, believe me.
Maybe you have to group by resource group or by a different field altogether
but the solution is grouping assignments in a Task Usage view, not filtering
or formula.

Greetings,

Jan
