forwarding and replying

I am after some assisstance with a problem no one seems
to be able to help with, I am running office xp pro 2002
and when using outlook i am unable to forward/reply with
any emails, no one else in our office is having this
problem and i cannot see what needs to be changed to
allow these functions to operate.

I CANNOT REPLY OR FORWARD EMAILS EITHER. I DID NOT FIND A REPLY TO YOUR QUESTION. DID YOU GET THIS ISSUE AND IF YOU DON'T MIND, HOW? I HAVE CONNECTED MY COLLEGE IT DEPT AND MY INTERNET COMPANY AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS. I NEED TO REPLY AND FORWARD MESSAGES FOR MY ONLINE CLASSES.
