forwarding messages

I have a very strange problem:
When I forward a message with an attachment OE reciptients
get it with the attachemnt (the size of the message is
big) but they can't see the attachment. Outlook users can
see the attachment with no problem.
If I send them a new message from my outlook (2003) with
an attachment that I added they can see it with no problem.

Please help...

Sounds like a really old problem of users updating to OE6 and are too
lazy to review their options in the program. After all, it was an
update so the options can also change. Updates can include changes in
the feature set. Have your recipients check their security options.
