'FP Save Results Component'

After publishing, this phrase appears at the begining of
each of my forms. (I noticed it in FP preview, but hoped
that it would disappear once I published the site... but
it didn't... :S )

How do I get rid of it?

I have the form set to email me the results.

Are you publishing w/ FP in http mode to a server w/ the FP Server Extensions and has you host enabled Email Transport
