Free website design...help me

I just subscribed to Office Online Live with the promise of a free website.
When I am in Member Centre and click WEBSITE, nothing happens at all. Can
anyone tell me how to access my site to design it please?

Maybe it's a pop-up, so you need to hold down the ctrl key when you click.

The ctrl key advice didn't help...thanks though. Now every time I click
anything it just takes me to the member centre, from where I cannot do
anything. Can anyone help me get access to design my free site??

I went there and looked. This is what is posted. Please read the last
sentence.

"Office Live Workspace beta will initially be available in English to a
limited number of people. Pre-register now to be one of the first to try
it. We will keep you posted about when your workspace will be ready."
