front page extensions

I am using F.P.2002 and my server is Bravenet with 2002
extensions. I am not able to use the site statistics on
F.P. When I contacted bravenet they said that it was not
supported on their server. Is that right???I assumed that
if 2002 extension were there then all of F.P.2002 would
work. Also I tried to publish my page with an MP3
included.It almost uploaded the whole thing then a box
popped up and said that it had failed and to contact the
server because it did not have server extensions, and
they say they do??????

Site statistics originate from the server log file. No log file, no stats.
Extensions alone is not enough.
