Front Page form shows up blank

I have created a website in Front Page. It is www.cwgr.org It has three
forms within it. Two of the forms work perfectly and they successfully
email the results to me. One form, however, does not work properly. You
can view it by going to http://www.cwgr.org/events.htm and clicking on
"Register for this event" When I fill out this form and hit submit,
the confirmation page doesn't show any of the text that I entered and
the text does not show up in the email to me either.

If anyone can tell me why this is happening, I would really appreciate
it. Thanks!

right click within the form, chose form properties and make sure it's saving
the input you want.

scratch that I just filled it out and it worked fine.

chelle@health charities illinois should get a confirmation.

you might want to look into making a custom confirmation page. it's easy to
do and I'll give a much nicer "feel".
