FrontPage frame to other pages

I already have a wegsite with numerous pages. I now want to go back and
create a frames page that will appear automatically on all the others without
inserting each page separately into the frame format. Can this be done and
how, if so?

How did you imagine the frameset would know to insert your pages in the
correct frames automatically?
You of course must specify this manually.
