Frontpage install

I recently purchased a Dell Dimension 8300 computer. OS
is Windows XP Professional with Microsoft Office Basic
2003. Will not let me load FrontPage 2003. I get error
message 1608, cannot find Microsoft Office.

When I logged into the official Microsoft site I was
prompted for the product ID for my copy of Office. When
I typed this in I received a message that this product ID
is not supported in the United States?

Anyone know what gives with this?

If Office was supplied by Dell, then support for OEM versions is with Dell.
Err 1608 I believe refers to an upgrade version being unable to find a
qualifying product
