FrontPage Web Right-Click

I think I used to be able to right click upon a folder on
the local system and there was an option that existed
to convert it to a web. Is that true? And if so, does
anyone know how to activate that?

Open FrontPage
Open an existing web
Right click on a folder within the open web, and choose "Convert to Web"

Only available on Disc Based webs, and server based webs where the host
allows subwebs (and you may need Web-Administrator rights).
