As to configure in Power Point for all the presentation to be opened in Full
Screen ??

It's a setting at the presentation level. Open the presentation and go to Slide
Show > Set Up Show and set it to "Presented by a speaker". That will give you
"full screen".

Precise to open files .PPT published in Intranet in Full Screen for the user.
