Full trust form template issue

Setup: IP 2007, MOSS 2007.

I have two form libraries. Lib1 & Lib2.

"Opening browser-enabled documents" settings for:

Lib1 = Display as Web Page
Lib2 = Open in Client application.

I create a template with custom code in it and set it compatibility to IPFS.
I upload the form via "Central Admin" page.

So now when users open the form from "Lib1" and hit "Submit", form gets
stored in "Lib2".

Managers open the form from "Lib 2", it launches IP 2007 client. Everything
works as normal.

Issue is, when I make some changes to the form and try to upload the form
again via "Central Admin", "Lib 1" gets the newer ver but when I try to open
a newly form from "Lib 2". I get "This form is created in a newer version,
do you want to open it in older version ..."

So for "Lib 2" to get the newer version (upgraded), I delete the Content
Type from Site Collection, Remove Content Type from BOTH "Lib 1" & "Lib 2",
Remove the form template from Site Collection, Remove from via "Central
Admin" and than AGAIN upload it Site Collection (via Central Admin)

I am sure I am doing something wrong here or is this a bug in MOSS as one
form lib gets the newer version and other don't? Both has same form template
attached to them as Content Type.

So when I upload the modified template from: Central Administration >
Application Management > Manage Form Templates > Upload Form Template

"The form template has been successfully upgraded. The new version of the
form template will automatically be available where the previous versioned
was activated. "

but ONLY "Lib 1" gets the modified version.

Resolved.... It is caused by caching of pervious opened form by the client
as "Lib 2" is opened in IP client.
