Gantt Enterprise default view

I was able to change default column widths in Enterprise Global settings so
we don't have to modify them each time we open, yet I have been unable to
figure out how to move the gantt view over to align properly with the last
column.

Each time we open a project we have to pull the window over to the right.
Is there a way to modify this view?

That standard "Gantt View" cannot be controlled by the Enterprise Global.
It is defined locally on each project file.
