Getting Contacts folder to open rather then the network address

I believe I have Outlook 2002 at work and when I click on "TO" the Global
address list opens. I used to have my contacts open but I have tried everywhere
with no luck on this. Any thoughts? Thanks -- Fred

Tools | Address Book, then Tools | Options will let you set the address list seen first in the address book.
