getting rid of office 2003 log on screen

i recently upgraded from office xp to office 2003 and now
every time i startup my computer i get a log on screen
with my name and a icon that i have to click on to get
windows xp to start up.
how can i get rid of this log on screen?

thanks for the response, but what do i do once i,m in user
accounts?
