Ghosting Effect

Hi Aziz,

Many graphics packages, including those that come
with scanners and digital cameras will have 'edge'
or 'mask' command features that will let you achieve
that effect with a couple of clicks. An example:

MS Office Photo Editor has a limited tool (smudge)
that you can use to 'scratch out' a poorman's version
of that type of edge treatment.

I have screenshots that I want to paste on a Word
document. Rather than having crisp edges on the
screenshots, is it possible to have a ghosting effect on
the edges?
