Global Address list-Microsoft web access

My "GLOBAL" address is filled with names I have never seen before. I think
this could be a root problem for the amount of spam we get on a daily basis.
How can I or we delete names from our global address list. I have tried
right clicking and nothing comes up.

help is appreciated

Have you talked to your Exchange administrator? The only way items would be
added to the Global Address List is via the Active Directory, and if things
are being added there with no ones knowledge, then I'd be concerned for the
security of the network. That said, I slightly doubt the items are actually
in the Global Address List.

You mention 'Microsoft web access' in the subject. IS this only happening
in OWA? Does it happen in Outlook? Does every user see these names?
