Everytime I add another subordinate to a hierarchical organizational chart,
the font size in all of the other boxes gets smaller and smaller (to as small
as 2.5). How can I globally reset the font size in all the boxes without
having to go into every box individually? Also how can I globally change the
color fill in all of the boxes and finally how can I make the boxes
expand/contract to fit the text in that box. I don't care if all the boxes
must be the same size, I just want to shrink/expand all of the boxes so that
either the "white space" around the text is minimized or the box is large
enough to show all of the text. In some cases the original font size is so
large that it does not fit in the box. Either I am very stupid or this Word
function is extremely lame, ill thought out, and frustratingly rudimentary.
