gmail outlook

I have set up and tested my outlook - gmail pop3 account according to all the
steps listed by Microsoft and Gmail, but still dosn't even show up in
Outlook. When I go to view or change accounts it is there, but I cannot read
or even see the mail from Gmail in Outlook. Please Help... Much Obliged!

I have the same problem. I get the automatic mesaage from outlook in my
gmail inbox but in outlook my gmail account isn't even visible! My hotmail
account is but my gmail account isn't. Starting to become suspicious of MS!?!
Can anybody help? Muh appreciated. Cheers.

At this time, GMail does not support IMAP service:

I don't know about how it works in MS Outlook; but, in MS Outlook Express,
you don't see the accounts with POP3 access to pick up email. You only see
the Inbox; but all email to a POP3 account will go into that Inbox.
