Goof book for Publisher 2007?

What's a good book for someone familiar with computers, graphics
programs, MS apps and software stuff in general. but not with Publisher,
specifically 2007?

Try to setup a small (4.25 X 5.5) booklet and print it two to a page. Let me
know if you can and what steps you took to do it.

Personally I don't have Insert, Business Information. I can customize my toolbar
with the option.
