Graphics causing Word to Freeze

From my office computer, I have been trying to use WordArt and ClipArt in
documents. The trouble is when I do the files seem to go corrupt. They
sometimes refuse to open, are extremely slow to open, or completely freeze
the system. The files are less than 100k so this does not make sense to me.
I am using Word 2003. At home, I have the same software and do not
experience the same problems. One other note, the computer at work is newer
than my home PC!

See if the following helps then check to see if you have the latest video
card drivers . You may still need to update the drivers even if the computer
is new.

Try Reducing Hardware Acceleration - Right Click Desktop | Select Properties
| Settings Tab | Click Advance | Troubleshooting Tab
