Maybe someone has seen this before.
When starting OL 2007 (Exchange 2007 connected) some of the users get a grey
message sating that it is looking for some files in the profile directories.
If i take a look at the normailemail.dotx it has a exclamation mark in the
icon. This happens however only when they are not connected to the network
directly. If I close outlook and remove the normailemail.dotx and start back
up, the message/popup is not showing however it can re-appear. I have tried
to change some setting and it appears not to happehe same less often when you
change to "plain text", it keeps appearing anyway.
I am lost and would like to know if someone has experienced the same issue
and might have found a solution.
