Groove has 1.4 GB of Miscellaneous communication to upload.

How do I check what was uploadedd and how do I cancel it?

I tried using Grooveclean but this did not help.

Hi Carlo,

Miscellaneous communications: The amount of data being sent or received
outside of workspaces and messaging activities.

There are many situations which may cause the miscellaneous communications
large. For example, try to download a new large workspace (2GB).

Please make sure that you have exit Groove program. and then run
Grooveclean.exe to refresh the communication cache.

Hi Emily,

This is an upload of 1.4GB. How can we analyse what is not uploading so that
we can cancel it?

It might have been several workspaces that were sent but it would have been
a while back.

is that 1.4gb or 1.4mb? 1.4gb sounds very high! If so, it could be another
problem itself.

Dear Carlo,

According to your update, I thinke your upload data is very large, and I
suggest you to disable some of these upload data manually.
For your convenience, we can refer to these steps.

1: Use Grooveclean tool to clean the groove communication sessions:
1. Browse to C:\Program Files\Groove Networks\Groove\Bin and choose
GrooveClean.exe
2. In the Run box, the command line, should type:
C:\Program Files\Groove Networks\Groove\Bin\GrooveClean.exe
3. Click OK.
After these steps, please let us restart the computer normally and then test
the results.

For more information about using Grooveclean, refer to the following technote:
How to use GrooveClean.exe to clear communications queues or remove all
Groove data
http://www.groove.net/support/kb/detail.cfm/docnum/TCN-00312

After these steps, please let us restart the Groove and then in its menu,
please click Options->communication manager and then clear the box of the
activity which we want to disable the upload.

Best regards,

Gell
